Interested applicants for both the day program and residential program are encouraged to schedule a tour of our facility. This is to allow the family/guardian to see the Mustard Seed first hand and determine if the Mustard Seed can be beneficial to their loved one by providing guidance in accordance with our mission. An application packet will be available at the end of the physical campus tour.
All applicants must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age for our residency as well as our day program.However, for the summer program we will accept applicants age 18 and above that areattending public or private educational programs.
A completed Mustard Seed application packet must be completed, along with a Hudspeth evaluation or equivalent psychological evaluation and a physical examination are all required before the application process can begin.
If there are no openings, i.e. resident or day programs, the Mustard Seed will maintain a waiting list. Once an applicant is accepted, full tuition will be required before arrival at the Mustard Seed.
